Welcome to the Papercare Working Papers help section. This guide will walk you through managing status settings for jobs within the software. Status settings allow you to track and manage the progress of each job efficiently.
How to Manage Status Settings
Step 1: Accessing Status Settings
To begin managing status settings, navigate to the Admin tab and then click on Settings.
Step 2: Viewing Predefined Statuses
Upon accessing the Status Settings, you will find eight predefined statuses for each job. These statuses provide a standard framework to track the workflow of jobs.
Step 3: Changing Statuses
You have the flexibility to change these statuses based on your specific requirements. This allows you to customise the workflow statuses to align with your business processes.
Step 4: Renaming Statuses
To rename a status, simply click on the Pen icon next to the status you wish to edit. Enter the new name for the status and click on the Submit button to save your changes.
