How to Use the Control Account Notes Feature

Welcome to the Papercare Working Papers help section. This guide will assist you in understanding and navigating the Control Account Notes feature. Control Account Notes allow you to document and manage observations, remarks, and additional information related to specific control accounts.
How to Use the Control Account Notes Feature
Step 1: Accessing Control Account Notes
Notes in any Control Account can be accessed from the Accounting tab in the main menu. Click on Control Account and select a particular control account. The Notes feature is located in the sixth tab of any control account.
Step 2: Entering a New Note
Click on the Add New button to enter a new note related to that particular control account.
A box will open up with the prefilled Code and Account name.
Enter the note title and write a Description related to the note, then click on the Submit button to create the note.
Step 3: Managing Notes
You can enter comments in reply to the notes written by clicking on Comments.
