How to Use the Control Account Attachments Feature

Welcome to the Papercare Working Papers help section. This guide will assist accountants in understanding and navigating the Control Account Attachments feature. Control Account Attachments allow you to upload and manage files related to specific control accounts, ensuring that all necessary documentation is easily accessible and well-organised.
How to Use the Control Account Attachments Feature
Step 1: Accessing Control Account Attachments
Attachments in any Control Account can be accessed from the Accounting tab in the main menu. Click on Control Account and select a particular control account. The Attachments feature is located in the third tab of any control account.
Step 2: Uploading Files
Click on the “Drop files here or click to upload” box to select a file to upload.
Alternatively, you can drag and drop the file you want to attach into the blue box.
Step 3: Finalising the Upload
Once you have selected or dragged the file, click on the Upload button to upload the file to the attachment section.
Step 4: File Size Limitations
Each file should have a maximum size of 5 MB.
Step 5: Viewing Attached Files
Under the Attachment List, you will find a list of all the files attached to a particular control account. This list displays the following details:
Name of the file uploaded
Date and time when the file was uploaded
Size of the file uploaded
Name of the user who uploaded the file
Step 6: Managing Attached Files
From the Actions tab, you can either download or delete the file.
