How to Access Lead Schedules
Overview
Welcome to the Papercare Working Papers help section. This guide will assist accountants to access Lead Schedules which provides a summarised view of the balances of subsidiary control accounts.
How to Access Lead Schedules
Step 1: Navigating to the Lead Schedules
Access the Lead Schedules from the “Accounting” tab in the main menu.
Step 2: Finding a Lead Schedule
On the left panel, you will find a list of various Lead Schedules along with a search box to help you easily locate a specific lead schedule.
Step 3: Viewing Breakdown of Lead Schedules
On the right-hand side, you will see the breakdown of the selected Lead Schedule, detailing the associated control accounts.
Step 4: Schedule References
Each control account within a Lead Schedule includes a schedule reference for easy identification and tracking.
Step 5: Review Status
The review status of each control account is displayed, allowing you to see which accounts have been reviewed and which are pending.
Step 6: Accessing Control Accounts
Control accounts can be accessed directly by clicking on them within the Lead Schedule breakdown.
