How to Edit a Journal
Overview
Welcome to the Papercare Working Papers help section. This guide will assist accountants in editing a journal entry within the software. Follow the steps below to make necessary adjustments to your journals.
How to Edit a Journal
Step 1: Access the Journals Tab
From the main menu, go to the Journals tab and click on Journals.
Step 2: Locate the Journal
You will find a list of journals on this page.
Step 3: Choose the Journal to Edit
Against each journal, you will find options to View, Edit, or Delete.
Step 4: Edit the Journal
Click on the Edit icon to edit a journal.
Step 5: Make Necessary Changes
This will open up the journal for you to edit. Make the necessary changes to the journal entry.
Step 6: Save the Changes
Click on Save to amend the journal.
